Description of How AirJet_TM Chaffers Work

The thin layer of high velocity air streaming from the AirJets blow chaff rearward. Heavier grain penetrates streaming air. The element screens face oncoming grain for faster separation. Screen hole size is selected to match specific crops. Back pressure in the shoe plenum pushes lower velocity air up through screen holes to keep chaff and dust in the path of the AirJet. Say good-bye to complicated chaffer and sieve adjustments.  Just open the lower sieve 11/16 inch open, adjust the fan according to test weight and go harvest!
